Ready to start your Smoke-free life? For 90 % of my clients, it only takes 1 session. This is a 2-Hour Targeted & Specialized session. I will also give you techniques and tools to use in your everyday life. A Booster Session is included, if needed.
Can be used for other nicotine products such as vaping, or nicotine gums. Please note - This session is not meant for Marijuana Cessation.

This is the 1st session you will attend. Before we use hypnosis, we will spend half of this session discussing your goals and challenges as well as discussing what might have led to the challenge in the 1st place.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you.
A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a space in our day which could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Clients who provide less than 48 hours notice may be charged full session rate.
We accept payment via Etransfer, cash, credit card. We do not accept debit at this time. Payments are to be made directly to your therapist.
Packages are offered at a discount rate as they represent a level of commitment to change. As a general rule, we do not offer refunds on packages. *In the event that a refund may be offered, all completed sessions will be charged at their single session rates and the balance would be refunded (less a 10% office fee).
We cannot and do not offer guarantees. The fees we charge are not a guarantee of success, they are the rate we charge for our services, time and business costs. We do not offer refunds for our services.
